1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the MedGo website (https://medgoapp.com) or our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Service MedGo is a technology platform that connects users seeking home care, healthcare, and professional services ("Users") with independent professionals willing to provide those services ("Providers"). MedGo itself does not provide healthcare or home services and is not an employer of the Providers.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Provider Responsibilities Providers operate as independent contractors. Providers are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance required to perform their services safely and legally.

5. Payments and Billing Users agree to pay for services booked through the Platform at the prices displayed at the time of booking. MedGo facilitates payments on behalf of the Provider via third-party payment processors.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform or the services rendered by a Provider. Any disputes regarding the quality of the service provided are primarily between the User and the Provider.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for fraudulent/illegal behavior.

8. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
