MedGo is committed to ensuring a high-quality experience for all users. Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Service Not Rendered: If you paid for a service but the Provider did not show up or canceled the appointment, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.
  2. Overcharges or Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our Platform.
  3. Substandard Service: If the service provided fell significantly below professional standards, you must report this to MedGo Support within 48 hours of the service completion. We will investigate the claim. If validated, you may receive a partial or full refund at MedGo's discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

How to Request a Refund Please contact us at 

support@medgoapp.com or use the in-app "Help & Support" feature. Include your Booking ID, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or evidence.

 

Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
