We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our Users and our Service Providers whose time has been reserved.

User Cancellations

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made between 2 to 24 hours before the service time may incur a cancellation fee equal to a percentage (e.g., 20%) of the total booking cost to compensate the Provider for their reserved time.
• Last-Minute Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time, or if the Provider cannot access the location (No-Show), may result in a non-refundable charge of up to 50% to 100% of the booking cost.

Provider Cancellations If a Provider cancels your booking, MedGo will notify you immediately. You will receive a full refund, and our support team will assist you in booking an alternative Provider as quickly as possible.
